Ordering
You order via the SUSHI HUS ApS ordering page. When SUSHI HUS ApS accepts your order and the payment is registered, the purchase is complete.
You can place orders online 24 hours a day. We prepare your order so that it is ready for collection at the restaurant, and at the time you have chosen within our opening hours.
Orders are accepted up to 30 minutes before closing time.
When the order is completed online, you will receive a confirmation via email.
For uncollected orders, the entire amount for the order is retained. Upon collection, you can show your order confirmation in a printed version or via your smartphone.
SUSHI HUS ApS reserves the right to remove persons exhibiting violent behavior.
Reservations are made for sold-out items, printing errors, spelling errors, changes to menus, offers, and force majeure.
Payment Methods
All prices include VAT.
Payment can be made online or upon collection in the store/restaurant.
Fees may be charged for payments made with foreign credit cards and corporate cards.
SUSHI HUS ApS accepts payment with Dankort, MasterCard, VISA, and MobilePay on the ordering page, as well as Dankort, MasterCard, VISA, MobilePay, and cash physically in the restaurant.
Payment for a completed order is deducted from the payment method used when SUSHI HUS ApS accepts your order.
Alcohol
No ordering of alcohol if you are under 18 years old.
Sushi Ad Libitum – Table Booking
Upon arrival, your table is allocated for 2 hours. If you are more than 15 minutes late, SUSHI HUS ApS reserves the right to cancel your table reservation.
If you wish to have the table for more than 2 hours, SUSHI HUS ApS must be contacted by phone.
During busy periods, SUSHI HUS ApS reserves the right not to extend the table time.
A table is only reserved when you have received confirmation by e-mail.
When booking a table via our website, you are required to fill in a phone number and e-mail. You will then receive a confirmation. If you cannot present it, and if we cannot find your booking in the system under your name, the booking has not been processed.
Collection (Takeaway)
Online orders must be collected at Søndergade 18 in Vejen.
We store your order for up to 60 minutes from the collection time. Due to food safety, your order will subsequently be discarded, and you will not receive a refund for the amount or the order.
Non-collection
For uncollected orders, the full amount for the order is charged at the time the order was set for collection. We therefore reserve the right to contact you and demand payment for the uncollected and unpaid order.
The risk for goods purchased at sushihus.dk/en is transferred to you as the consumer at the time of handover.
Delays
During busy periods, longer waiting times may be experienced.
In the event of a delay to your order, you are not entitled to any form of compensation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
No right of cancellation applies when ordering food and drinks.
If you wish to cancel a table, this must be done by telephone at least 60 minutes beforehand; otherwise, the cancellation is invalid.
The collection time can be seen in your confirmation via e-mail.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue and can be used both online and physically in our restaurants.
General
SUSHI HUS ApS is the data controller. All information is stored securely in accordance with Danish law. Likewise, personal data is sent unencrypted via our website between us and you.
Personal Data
Personal data is all types of information that can, to some extent, be attributed to you.
When creating an order, you must provide your name, address, phone number, and email.
The information is stored securely in accordance with current Danish legislation and is deleted after 5 years, provided that nothing has been ordered under the same email or phone number.
Your information is not resold to any third party.
